    Sơn lót hệ nước SEALER CROMA LACKE – SAP 2330 màu lấp vân gỗ nằm trong bộ sản phẩm sơn thân thiện môi trường, đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn xuất khẩu. Sealer SAP 2330 nâng cao tính đàn hồi dẻo dai cho khả năng chịu va đập, tính bám dính cao, dễ dàng xả nhám tạo bề mặt ổn định cho sơn phủ. Sealer SAP 2330 nâng cao tính năng pha tinh màu gốc bệt, cho các màu khác nhau, bền bỉ mà vẫn có độ trong sâu nhất định.

    I. ĐẶC TÍNH

    • Màu sắc: nhiều màu khác nhau do khách hàng lựa chọn
    • Hàm lượng rắn: 63 ± 3%.
    • Không nguy hại với con người và môi trường.
    • Chịu nước tốt và dung môi tốt
    • Độ bám dính tốt, độ phủ cao, dễ xả nhám.
    • Tốt cho các hàng mỹ nghệ cao cấp, yêu cầu tinh xảo.
    • Sơn đạt tiêu chuẩn kiểm định đánh giá theo hệ thống tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu (REACH)

    II. HƯỚNG DẪN SỬ DỤNG

    • Theo hướng dẫn của nhà sản xuất
    • Độ phủ hỗn hợp: 6m2/ kg
    • Độ nhớt (sau khi trộn): 1 – 2 phút (.

    III. QUY TRÌNH TỔNG QUÁT

    1. Xử lý bề mặt sản phẩm: trám trét, chà nhám cho bề mặt sản phẩm láng mịn.
    2. Sơn lót bằng sơn lót trong hệ nước Sealer SAP 2330: Sơn lót 1 hoặc 2 lần tùy theo yêu cầu của sản phẩm.

    3. Sơn phủ cho gỗ bằng Topcoat CROMA LACKE: Pha hỗn hợp sơn phủ theo tỷ lệ hướng dẫn pha sơn. Phun đều 2 passes cho 1 lần sơn phủ.
    4. Sản phẩm để khô: 12 giờ (tùy theo độ dày màng sơn và độ bóng của sơn) sau đó đóng gói

    IV. BẢO QUẢN

    • Bảo quản trong nhà kho, thoáng mát và khô ráo (nhiệt độ 26 – 40C).
    • Thùng phải được đậy kín trước và sau khi sử dụng.

    • Tác hại về mặt lý hóa: Không có
    • Tác hại liên quan đến sức khỏe con người : Không có
    • Có thể ngứa rát tạm thời nếu tiếp xúc trực tiếp hóa chất với mắt.
    • Phải mang khẩu trang và kính bảo hộ khi sử dụng. Tránh để sơn bắn vào mắt, miệng.

      Coating System :1 or 2 coats of SAP 2330 sanding Sealer sanded, followed by 2 to 3 coats of Satin or Gloss Top-coats (SM704) depending gloss satin rate required.

      Application temperature:10 oC – 50 oC

      Touch-dry Time (27 oC): 10-15 minutes

      Hard-dry Time (at 27 oC):  About 30 minutes

    • GENERAL PROPERTIESSAP 2330 Sanding Sealer  is a water-based rapid single component modified Polysiloxane  sanding sealer formulated specially for application on timber substrate via spray application. This product is designed for self cross-linking to provide a rapid curing, hard and durable coating with excellent inter-coat adhesion property. It enhances the hold-out of subsequent top-coats and provides an “Open-pore” appearance to the timber surface. This product  being water-based, is non- flammable.
    • PRODUCT  PREPARATIONMixing Ratio: SAP2330 Sanding Sealer 100 parts by weight.

      Reducer 0 to 50 parts by weight

    • SHELF LIFE12 months from date of manufacture. The date refers to product held in its original closed packaging.
    • STORAGEKeep containers in a cool ventilated environment, temperature between 5 oC to 40 oC. With partial use, close container tight and use the remainder as soon as possible.

    • COMMENTTests were performed on paint films applied at 100m wet film and allowed to cure at 27± 2oC for 7 days. Relative Humidity was maintained at £80% during the period of film curing.
